CLIENT GOAL: Master Plan of a prime 42 acre site on the Columbia River, adjacent to downtown Vancouver.

DESIGN RESPONSE: The master plan creates a vision and a framework for a complete mixed use development that will maximize the site’s potential. The urban design maximizes views of the river and creates a waterfront amenity for people who live in the development, as well as those who visit to shop and work. When completed the project will have 24 buildings, including residential, commercial, retail, and hotels, as well as several large landscaped parks.
