Services Employed: Architectural Design, Interior Design, Planning, Space Planning, Master Planning
CLIENT GOAL: Develop a premier business park that is visually interesting and serves the needs of a wide variety of potential tenants.
DESIGN RESPONSE: The master planning and resulting design of over one million square feet of class-A office, single and multi-story, and industrial buildings affords tenants an active, productive environment central to the high technology industry based in this picturesque corridor. Building diversity on the 217 acre campus has been accomplished by varying the layouts, bay depths, storefront glass, and loading dock configurations while still accomplishing a cohesive and unified look to the entire park through thoughtful integration of exterior building materials.
Two L-shaped buildings developed as a speculative office for the AmberGlen campus, feature bold walls of curved glass to relate to the public street and main entry lobby on the opposite side. Tenant improvements include individual and open offices, and conference rooms.
