CLIENT: Howard S. Wright Construction

CLIENT GOAL: The Gregory Building, in the Pearl District of Portland, Oregon was designed by Ankrom Moisan and built by Howard S. Wright Construction. Naturally HSW chose to locate their offices in this mixed-use building. Its distinctive brick detailing and relative scale make it a recognized landmark in the Pearl District.

DESIGN RESPONSE: An award winning* design for the 11,000 sf, second floor offices of this large construction company. The AMAA Design included the use of salvaged steel windows from The Nike Campus over-laid with high touch, industrial finishes and detailing. *Winner of the IIDA People‘s Choice Award 2001
