Interior Design
The Ankrom Moisan Interior Design team is made up of highly creative, practical designers who love what they do and express that daily in their friendly, service-oriented approach. We offer a full range of services, from pre-design work analysis, user surveys, and space programming, through design development, construction documents and construction administration. Urban Design and Planning
Ankrom Moisan provides urban design and master plan services for a wide range of project types, including planned communities, senior living communities, destination resorts, church properties, hospitals, medical office building campuses and large development parcels such as the Portland's River District and Pearl District. Our planning projects pay special attention to the pedestrian realm and the public spaces between buildings as areas that contribute to a neighborhood's quality of life.

Sustainable Design
Ankrom Moisan Associated Architects is committed to sustainability principles that promote responsible design decisions and sound business strategies for our clients. We currently have 21 projects underway or recently completed that have a projected LEED rating of Platinum, Silver, Gold or Certified. AMAA’s Green Team, which has 95 members, including 36 LEED Accredited professionals, researches the latest sustainable design strategies and technologies and shares information in order to incorporate best practices into our projects. AMAA’s sustainability advocate, Carolyn Forsyth, serves as the office liaison with the Green Team, working with project teams to make sure they have the resources and information necessary to achieve our client’s sustainability goals.

Renovation
The best solution is not always to build a new building; sometimes it is to renovate the one you’ve got. We recognize that. This way of thinking also supports our commitment to sustainability by preserving the energy embedded in the original structure and materials. We offer a full range of renovation services including: energy audits and upgrades; space planning; rebranding and repositioning; and modernization. Our talented staff of Architects and Interior Designers has completed everything from a 7-story, 120,000 square foot Warehouse to Condo conversion, to a small 900 square foot Clinic and Pharmacy renovation. We have also completed a number of historic renovations for clients such as McMenamins and have a good working relationship with the State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO).

Graphic Design, Identity Design and Branding
Whether as an integrated part of the architectural design team, or working directly with the client, our in-house graphic design team delivers creative solutions to a wide range of graphic design assignments. Having a logo, brand and marketing materials developed by the same firm that created the building and designed the interiors gives clients a coherent and comprehensive image for their project. And because the graphics team is in the loop early-on, graphic design services can be delivered faster and in alignment with the project schedule.
Our graphics team also works directly with independent clients on graphic design, web site and signage packages, providing the same high level of service that our company was founded on.
