Out of 297 total employees, Ankrom Moisan's architectural staff numbers 177 (157 in our Portland office and 20 in our Seattle office), including 63 registered architects. With that many experienced architects we have somone on staff who has encountered just about every condition possible on a project. Our collaborative approach means that every team in the office can draw from the firm's collective experience to address issues on a project, providing our clients with an unusually rich depth of knowledge.

The Ankrom Moisan Interior Design team includes 52 highly creative, practical designers who love what they do and express that daily in their friendly, service-oriented approach. We offer a full range of services, from pre-design work analysis, user surveys, and space programming, through design development, construction documents and construction administration. We approach all projects with enthusiasm and as fresh challenges. Our reward is satisfied clients who work and live in high performance, healthy interior spaces.

Ankrom Moisan provides urban design and master plan services for a wide range of project types, including planned communities, senior living communities, destination resorts, time-share developments, church properties, hospitals, medical office building campuses and large development parcels such as the Portland's River District and Pearl District. Our planning projects pay special attention to the pedestrian realm and the public spaces between buildings as areas that contribute to a neighborhood's quality of life.
Ankrom Moisan Associated Architects (AMAA) is committed to sustainability principles that promote responsible design decisions and sound business strategies for our clients. We currently have 19 projects underway or recently completed that have a projected LEED rating of Platinum, Silver, Gold or Certified. AMAAs Green Team, which has 110 members, including 38 LEED Accredited professionals, researches the latest sustainable design strategies and technologies and shares information in order to incorporate best practices into our projects. AMAAs sustainability advocate, Carolyn Forsyth, serves as the office liaison with the Green Team, working with project teams to make sure they have the resources and information necessary to achieve our clients sustainability goals.
