Recent highrise mixed use projects have not only been highlights in enjoyment and working with great people, but the development of best practices for design, construction and long term operation of condominium projects has been a fulfilling contribution to the industry. The privilege of working on projects such as Children's Farm Home, Gregory Lofts, the Elizabeth, Eliot Tower, Ladd Tower, Jeffrey low cost housing, and Mary's Woods makes this profession more satisfying every year.

Focusing on education projects in early career heightened my appreciation of the importance of inspiring students through collaborative project based learning, which led to Architecture Foundation of Oregon Board, chairing their education committee, and joining other professionals to start the ACE Mentor Program of Oregon.
